*Punisher Release

* New FL rank
- Div 0 from winning 4th round of wither Titan or WK. Not sure about which.

*Decreased Medicine craft lvls for:
- The Grace of Onteotl : Lv. 104 -> 100
- Secret Vial of Stability : Lv. 108 -> 105
- Jiuyodian : Lv. 115 -> 110

* Clothes Collection for more collection points.

* Lowered Depraved equip craft mats.

* Dungeons/Areas
- Spearman home town
- Less aggro in Grand Market mobs in Silent Detroit
- No aggro by mini bosses in middle of powersaw recruit quest line
- Decreased spell dmg in some mobs in 120 dungeon

* New Quests:
- 3 more daily quests at Witch Town for lvl 65+
- New lvl 100 Prophet Quest near Berne
- New lvl 102 Punisher Quest
- New lvl 98 Spearman Quest
- New lvl 98 Viking Ship Quest near Oslo
- Reset Licenses for NVIK and DA

* Monster Info
- They added "search" feature (like market search) for Monster info.
- You can also 'search' monster info that you want to share.
- Alphabetical/Level arrangement
- Addition of Origin Info, 4th lvl of monster info.
-- +10% exp from monster.
-- You can only receive 2 Origin Info per day, but you can share them unlimited.
-- "Origin Info" mob is highlighted in yellow.

* Titles
- Remember how when you use title and log off and then by accident logout/disconnect and then re-log, that title buff duration is gone even though you have 40min left on it? That is now fixed.
- Even between travelling Titan server and your server, your title buff will be remained.
- 4 New Titles

* Fishing
- Added new items at Pointry for fishing points: phoenix's feather, depraved seeds, fragments of divine
- Increased the chance to catch rare fish

* Improved Sotheby Auction
- Divine and Phoenix can now show up there.

* Atlantica Dairy feature
- gives you a 'to-do-list' per day. e.g., 3 quests bonus exp, 2fl bonus exp, 20 gifting, 5 share info stamina bonus, 5 gift stamina bonus etc.
- short cut alt+D

* Fixed the catapult/ballista bug where it does the attack animation once even though it hit twice. They even fixed the ones in Tower of Babel.

* Atlas Ores (Easier lvling time)
- Can extend Ind time once
- Can increase Quest daily exp once
- Can increase FL daily exp once
- Can increase daily Analyze limit once for that day

* Added Graphics
- New loading pics.
- New sky.
- new N.A. terrains.
- new silent detroit.
- Alcatraz "decorative" NPC.

* Misc
- new shortcuts

-- G = Guild advertising thing check?
-- V = fishing - Alt+E = smiley stuff - H = help - Alt+C = mailbox will now close if you double click

* Bot Report
- "Report person" Now costs 50 will instead of 100.
- When you report this person. every person with same IP is now reported.
- Reported character gotta type in those 4 letters/numbers in 20sec, instead of 30sec.
